Redstone Belgium Dubbel - 7.5%

This Belgian-style Dubbel was the winning submission by Brad McCarron in the 2026 Coastal Brewing Co Home Brew Competition. Over the last few weeks, together with Brad, we have created a commercial batch of his winning submission. Dark amber / red in colour this Dubbel has just the right amount of rich malty sweetness, dark fruit esters mild spicey phenols and a moderately dry finish. Named ‘Redstone’ after the name is attributed to the McCarron acreage in the Coolongolook Riverlands estate.
