Booti KNEIPA is a 5.8% hazy New England-style IPA brewed with Bergen Kveik yeast.
The yeast is fermented hot to generate fruity esters, while Galaxy, Nelson Sauvin and Nectaron hops provide a juicy, tropical and fruity hop profile.
It is intentionally low in bitterness but high in flavour, making it a soft and highly aromatic IPA.
Named after Booti Booti National Park, just south of Forster.
