About The Coastal Brewing Company - Forster Tuncurry

The Coastal Brewing Company is a family-owned independent craft brewery and taproom based in Forster-Tuncurry, NSW.

Operating since 2017 we brew fresh craft beer onsite in our 1,200-litre brewhouse, with beer styles ranging from hazy pale ales and IPAs to lagers, dark beers, seasonal releases and alcohol-free beer.

Our L.I.F.E philosophy — Local, Independent, Fresh, Every time — reflects the way we approach brewing and our connection with the Barrington Coast.

Many of our beers are named after local beaches, lakes, national parks and landmarks, including Booti Booti, Whoota, Hearts Point, Boomerang Beach and Barrington Lo-Cal.

We are proud members of the Independent Brewers Association and have won multiple beer awards, including Champion Lager and Champion Pale Ale at the 2025 Royal Sydney Beer & Cider Show.
