Redstone is a 7.5% Belgian-style Dubbel created from the winning beer in the 2026 Coastal Brewing Company Home Brew Competition.
Dark amber-red in colour, it combines rich malt sweetness with dark fruit esters, mild spicy phenolics and a moderately dry finish.
The commercial version was brewed together with the competition winner, Brad McCarron.
Redstone is named after the McCarron family’s property in the Coolongolook Riverlands estate.
