An English Summer Ale – light in colour, medium low in bitterness and a hop character well balanced with the malt. Brewed using First Gold English hops and an English yeast strain which deliver a fruity, very light and soft balanced flavour with a medium level of malt sweetness with the First Gold hops delivering citrus, floral and orange notes.
Named after Long Island, one of the islands in Wallis Lake in Forster, the perfect beer for the long summer days going into Autumn.
