Dark, rich and deceptively smooth, our 5.3% Oyster Stout combines roasted malt character with the subtle salinity of locally sourced oyster shells. Expect layers of dark chocolate, coffee and roasted malt, balanced by a gentle briny note that adds depth without overpowering the beer.

Full-flavoured but remarkably drinkable, with a silky body, restrained bitterness and a dry, roasty finish. It’s a stout with a little taste of the coast in every sip.
