Opening Hours

Our taproom opening hours from 27 January 2021 to 31 March 2021 are Thursday and Friday 11am – 5.30pm and Saturday and Sunday 11am – 4pm.

From Thursday 1 April until Sunday 18 April we will be open 11 – 5.30 every week day and 11 – 4 on weekends except we will be closed Monday 5 April and Monday 12 April and we will open at 12noon on Friday 2 April.

To ensure we achieve at least the required 2m2 per person our inside capacity in the taproom is currently limited to 38, all seated.
In addition, at busy times, we offer outside setting offering for an additional 14 customers.
We ask that all customers respect the 1.5m social distancing whilst at the brewery and that people who feel unwell do not attend the brewery.
In addition, in line with government requirements, please be aware that we are required to collect contact details from all people visiting the brewery

On most Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays we have Chappy’s Warung on site selling his awesome Asian Street Food. At all other times we have cheese boards, snacks etc…. available for sale as well as food available for delivery from local restaurants.

About The Coastal Brewing Company

The Coastal Brewing Company is a family-owned microbrewery based in the coastal town of Forster, NSW.

Being based in Forster and part of the wonderful Barrington Coast, community is playing a big role in the brewery’s strategy and operations. For The Coastal Brewing Company, it’s all about enjoying L.I.F.E – that’s local, independent, fresh, everytime.  Building on its enjoying L.I.F.E focus, all of the Coastal Brewing Company beer names link to the natural beauty of the Barrington Coast area in NSW.

Using all natural ingredients on a 1,200 litre brewhouse, the brewery produces fresh, craft beer for sale in kegs to restaurants, bars, clubs and pubs. Beer is also canned onsite and sold through bottlestores, restaurants and bars. 

The brewery also has a Tasting Room where it offers brewery tours, a beer tasting experience (using 89mL or 200 mL tasting size glasses), schooners (425mL) and fills ‘growlers’ and ‘squealers’ for take-away consumption. Six packs and cases of 24 cans are also sold from the Tasting Room.
