Wallis Weizen American Wheat Beer

An American style wheat beer named after the lake between Forster and Tuncurry.

Made with 50% German pilsner malt, 50% German wheat malt (hence the Weizen) and a clean fermenting yeast (meaning it isn’t a Hefeweizen).

Dry hopped with citra and galaxy to add a citrus twist.

The name is also a play on Wallis Simpson, the American whose intended marriage to King Edward VIII caused him to abdicate this throne.  (Wallis being American and the British royal family having German links, including Edward VIII’s mother)
